Presidential Suite Desk
Product code: 200006

The public areas of a hotel shape the first impression long before a guest reaches the room. This page focuses on the furniture we make for lobbies, restaurants and reception areas: reception desks and concierge counters, lobby sofas and armchairs, coffee tables, restaurant chairs and tables, and the joinery that frames these spaces.

A reception desk is both a showpiece and a workstation. Its front carries the hotel's design statement, while the staff side hides cable routes, drawers, printers and a section at a lower height for guests in wheelchairs. Lobby seating is arranged in groups that allow conversation, with upholstery chosen for frequent cleaning. In restaurants, we plan chairs and tables around breakfast, lunch and dinner service, which often need different layouts in the same room.
Public areas usually stay open during a renovation, so installation is scheduled at night or in sections. Every piece is produced in our Istanbul workshop and fitted by our own team. Send us the plans of your lobby and restaurant, and we will propose furniture and joinery for each zone.
Hotel furniture made with quality materials and professional production can be used without problems for an average of 10-20 years. Intensity of use and maintenance conditions can affect this period.
In many hotel projects, the use of fire-rated doors is mandatory under fire regulations. These doors are of great importance for safe evacuation in the event of a fire.
Depending on the size of the project, hotel furniture production time usually ranges from 30 to 90 days.
Yes. Furniture designed specifically for hotel projects can be produced in line with the architectural project. This results in original designs that are in harmony with the hotel's concept.
